pinqPredict allows users to get an independent predictive view on how a dispute may be decided, at a low cost. That may be a potential dispute which is in its earliest stages and you are assessing whether it is worth spending resources on that dispute, and if so how best to do so. Or it may be a dispute which has been issued and is in court (or arbitration) and you are in unfamiliar territory, and want to know that is going to happen at the next application or the next hearing, or how a court or tribunal is likely to act. pinqPredict is suitable whether you have instructed external counsel or not.

We draw on our roster of neutrals so that we can provide you with an independent and experienced view on your dispute.
