About us
pinqDR is built to enable faster, more cost effective, dispute resolution for business. Built by experts from the ground up to enable binding awards in 6 to 8 weeks. Find out about our story and team here.
What is pinqDR?
An online dispute resolution service for business disputes worldwide.
We believe most disputes can be resolved quickly, through a simple online process. pinqDR is an online dispute resolution service built to be flexible and scalable to offer efficient and binding resolution of B2B disputes.
pinqDR was built from the ground up on the fundamentals of arbitration. Starting with our Rules and moving into a slick and simple online platform to manage your disputes from end to end. Couple this with a roster of experienced arbitrators who are assigned to claims matched on expertise, experience and commitment to the timescales.
The output is a binding arbitral award which is enforceable around the world. This means pinqDR can be used for business disputes in most jurisdictions, cross border and be determined anywhere, all under a simple single fee structure.
This is a re-think of dispute resolution, to power business, not hold it back.
Arbitration, but not as you know it!
Our story
The genesis of pinqDR followed a meeting with Sir Geoffrey Vos (Master of the Rolls) in July 2022. We estimate that 90% of the universe of disputes do not need the system that we have developed. Yes, the current methods are justifiable for the biggest cases, but not for the rest. From this pinqDR was born.
After putting together our founding team and initial advisors we set about building a bespoke online platform from the ground up, based on rules curated by an expert team of legal advisors. At every step, we have thought carefully out aspects of the process which might lead to delay in the process. Find out more on the inception of pinqDR in this blog post
pinqDR is now supporting business with disputes of all types, cross-jurisdiction and all through a simple to use online platform. The journey is well underway but there is much to do as we continue to develop our online tools and processes. Follow us on linkedIn for updates and news.
