Description
Nick is a partner in Ogier’s BVI office. He is a fellow of CIArb and Chair of the BVI Arbitration Group. He represents clients in arbitrations and accepts appointments as arbitrator.
Nick acts in company control disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, civil fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and asset tracing cases in a large number of sectors. He also has particular experience in international trust and estate disputes.
Nick is a member of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Rules Review Committee, having previously been a member of the English Civil Procedure Rule Committee.
In February 2024 he was appointed to the BVI Bar Disciplinary Tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2015.
