Description

Harsh is a Partner at Trilegal - India’s top law firm, and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He has been involved in several complex disputes and represented domestic and international clients before in ad-hoc as well as institutional arbitrations. His experience includes arbitrations under the SIAC, LCIA and ICC rules, as well as arbitrations under the Indian (Arbitration and Conciliation Act).  He has acted on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and local courts.

At Trilegal, Harsh is part of the Corporate Practice Group, and his practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured investments.

He has worked on several high-profile mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, and has advised on acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, exits and restructurings, for both Indian and international clients. He has also advised the boards and senior management of listed companies on corporate governance and complex regulatory matters.

Prior to working at Trilegal, Harsh worked at a Magic Circle firm in London, and is qualified to practice English law.

He aims to leverage his expertise and experience as a transactional lawyer, and the perspective he has on the commercial underpinnings of contracts, into his role as an arbitrator.
