Description

Gustavo Moser is an arbitrator with nearly 20 years of experience in cross-border disputes, international commercial law, and intellectual property (IP) law. He has extensive experience in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration process and management, and serves as an arbitration specialist lawyer at LexisNexis UK, where he develops innovative knowledge products and solutions.

Specialising in IP and domain name arbitrations, Gustavo has resolved over 60 cases, demonstrating a proven ability to navigate the complexities of IP law in the digital age.  

With a track record in intellectual property and commercial matters, Gustavo Moser has managed cases seated in England and Wales, Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, and the Czech Republic, applying the relevant laws from these jurisdictions, as well as EU law and the CISG. 

Having overseen hundreds of arbitrations and expert determinations at institutions like the LCIA and WIPO, Gustavo is well-equipped to tackle legal challenges from a different perspective. 

Trained  as a court judge in Brazil, Gustavo brings clarity to the arbitration process and effectively addresses legal and cultural differences to ensure fair outcomes. A native Portuguese speaker, he is also professionally fluent in English, French and Spanish.
